Savor an exquisite coffee from the Salado Blanco region in the Huila department. Nestled at altitudes ranging from 1550 to 1900 meters above sea level.

The harvest is a labor of love, taking between 15 and 18 days, where 20 dedicated producers carefully handpick each coffee cherry; a tradition passed down through generations by families and the community.

The process begins with an 18 to 24-hour fermentation, followed by pulping and a second fermentation lasting 36 to 48 hours. Afterward, it is washed and sun-dried for 15 to 20 days.
